The very first C-3PO action figure was released in 1978 by Kenner during the original vintage Star Wars series. Hasbro has been releasing C-3PO action figures gradually over the years, including Concept and even Holiday versions of the Protocol Droid.
The most difficult C-3PO figure to find these days is the animated version from the 1985 Droid TV show.
