My collection of Star Wars "MiniFigs"
The LEGO License for the Star Wars franchise started in 1999.
The characters produced cover all eight main films, along with The Clone Wars movie and TV series, the Star Wars: Rebels TV series, and anthology films such as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
The current license for LEGO Star Wars will end in 2022.
A good reference guide is the Updated and Expanded Visual Dictionary from DK Publishing (2014).
Complete with 48 additional pages and updated throughout to show all of the new sets and innovations from LEGO(R) Star Wars(R), LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary: Update and Expanded provides detailed and annotated photography giving insight into the characters, locations, creatures, and spacecraft of the LEGO galaxy far, far away.
